Most apps that teach the clock teach one clock. They drill the 12-hour face, or they show a digital readout, and the jump between the two — half past three is 15:30 — gets left for somebody to explain at the kitchen table.

Time Tutor puts both on the same face. The hours you say out loud sit on the inner ring, the hours you write down sit on the outer one, and the same hand points at both. Drag it round and 3 becomes 15 in front of you.

It grew out of a lab experiment — a single clock face carrying both sets of numbers, built to see whether the idea landed before it was worth building an app around.
